About the Instructor

I am a 3rd generation entrepreneur. I was introduced to real estate at a very early age. My father was a landlord in North Philadelphia and one day his life was tragically taken by a tenant. After this life changing event I was very eager to go into the medical field because I always dreamed of becoming a doctor. After graduating pharmacy school from Hampton University in 2013, I spent the first 5 years of my career working solely in the medical field. It wasn't until being robbed in the pharmacy that I realized having one source of income was not going to provide me with the financial freedom and lifestyle I desired to be able to provide for my daughters. I overcame my childhood fear of real estate and started to invest with the purpose of finishing my father's mission and showing my daughters that the opportunities are limitless. I have successfully flipped and sold over 100 homes along with owning a 7 figure rental portfolio.
